Adventure Aquarium Field Trip
As a culminating activity to our Ocean Unit, the Lower School traveled to Camden's Adventure Aquarium. Fun was had by everyone as they visited the Stingray Beach Club, got the opportunity to touch a shark, and saw many varieties of sea creatures. The 3rd and 4th Grade participated in a special program called "Endangered at Adventure." The children learned about the ways in which animals become endangered,
and how Adventure Aquarium cares for their most endangered
animal ambassadors.
A special "Thank You" to Mr. Srinivasan, Sanjay's dad, for helping to chaperone the trip.
Shrek, Jr.
The class got a "sneak peak" of Shrek Jr. last Thursday. What fun to see their classmates, Legend, Willow, Ava, Anaya, Emily, and Madisyn sing in the Children's Chorus. There are so many wonderful opportunities to "shine" at HCA! I hope your family was able to come out and see the wonderful show last weekend.
Relaxing with a Good Book
