Sarah, Plain and Tall
The class is really enjoying our novel unit of Sarah, Plain and Tall. Students are learning how to take notes, take part in book discussions, and take essay style tests that prepare them for 4th Grade. Our group discussions have included using new vocabulary words properly, making story predictions, and applying reading skills such as comparing and contrasting and summarizing text.
